Afribizhub Marketplace — Vendor Terms & Conditions

Last updated: [24/August/2026]

By registering as a vendor on the Afribizhub Marketplace, you agree to the following terms.

1. Membership

Afribizhub Business Membership costs £10 per month, billed on a recurring monthly basis via Nestuge. Your membership begins on the date you subscribe and renews on the same date each month.

2. Approval Process

New vendor accounts and business profiles are reviewed by Afribizhub before going live on the marketplace. We aim to review applications within 48 hours. Afribizhub reserves the right to decline or remove a listing that does not meet our marketplace standards.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time in accordance with Nestuge’s applicable subscription terms. If your membership lapses or is cancelled, your public listing will be hidden from the marketplace, but your business profile, products, and information will be preserved and can be reactivated without needing to rebuild your profile.

4. No Guaranteed Results

Membership includes marketplace visibility, promotional opportunities such as weekly TikTok Live features, and access to Afribizhub’s community and business support network. Afribizhub does not guarantee any specific number of sales, enquiries, views, or customers as a result of membership.

5. Vendor Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information, products, and services you list, including pricing, descriptions, delivery information, and any claims made about your business. You are responsible for fulfilling orders and enquiries you receive through the marketplace and for complying with all applicable UK or relevant national laws in the operation of your business.

6. Content and Conduct

Afribizhub reserves the right to remove any listing, review, or content that is misleading, offensive, infringes on someone else’s rights, or otherwise violates these terms.

7. Professional Support Partners

Where Afribizhub connects you with a Business Support Partner (such as an accountant, solicitor, or other professional), Afribizhub is acting only as a connector. Afribizhub does not provide regulated professional advice and is not responsible for the advice or services provided by any partner.

8. Changes to These Terms

Afribizhub may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the marketplace after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
